The facility is old and decor needs to be updated. Needs attention to welcome and entrance and lobby areas. The cost of room is too high for what you get that is no different than other local lodging. Too expensive for location. The indoor swimming pool is very small, almost a dipping pool, and the interior atrium looks right into the glassed swimming room. Many of patrons are construction workers.

The rooms were comfortable for my family of 4. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Restauraunt crew was amazing and the hotel crew was amazing kind and very accommodating. Gave us an extra discount for our extended stay and generally just wanted to help my family and I and make sure we were happy and comfortable

This place is awesome and the staff are always so nice and helpful. Dawn always takes good care of my husband and I when we come up once a month to take care of my dad. Dawn has even gone the extra mile by calling us in the morning the day we are coming to see if we have made it into town and to let us know she will call as soon as our room is ready. They always go out of their way to make sure we have the room we want and the hotel has always been very nice and clean upon our arrival. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel if they are visiting Clearlake. The only thing I would suggest they need to work on is the hotel restaurant since the food was not very good and I ended up getting sick. Other than that this is a great hotel.

I have been a regular now. I love that the staff is welcoming and always remembers me. The pool and hot tub are nice and I recommend the suites. I always look forward to my stay.
